Blue Raspberry

The Aqua/Blue Hankie quilt is done. I need to take a few more pictures of it and then will list it on etsy. I love the pink ticking binding.

Clothing as Art

I found this yesterday and it quickly made its way into my basket.
It is now in my etsy shop.
I have had it on my dress form and it looks so sweet, like a piece of art.
I have plans of putting up some vintage fabric today.

Baby Bow Tie

I finished the sweet little baby quilt yesterday. It is a baby bow tie pattern. I used a Snippets charm pack and Kona cotton in white. The backing is white. The binding is a vintage red with white dots and small white flowers.

It washed up nicely and has that vintage crinkle.

My quilty mom and I debated over the block placement and finally decided on a diagonal rainbow. It measures 35X35".

I decided to put it in the shop downtown. There is a Quilt Walk happening with the stores. If they dont sell then I will put them in the etsy shop.

I am nervous and excited about finally getting my etsy shop up and running.
